Anna has over 35 years of management experience in Education and Training, Early Childhood Education and Care, Hospitality, Retail Management, and Allied Health Industries. During this time, she has had extensive experience in the management of RTO’s and Apprenticeship Services, participating in several Federal and State regulatory audits.
Anna, in her roles, has been responsible for planning, directing, leading, and managing strategic and long-term goals. Her strengths include managing effective networks and forging strong relationships with clients. She also has strong skills in developing, directing, and controlling strategic and operational frameworks and planning outcomes for organizations.
Anna has been involved in understanding and responding appropriately to emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive opportunities and threats, viability options, and internal business process improvements.
Sukh has been working in the VET and Higher Education Industry for over 20 years. In this time, he has held several roles with RTO’s including CEO roles for International Colleges and National Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager roles for several RTO’s, TAFE’s and Universities. Sukh has also worked for ASQA as a Business Systems Project Official.
Sukh has had extensive project management experience in risk management, compliance, administration, and as a training consultant. He has extensive knowledge in government compliance standards and has participated in nearly one hundred audits across Australia and provided consultancy advice regarding ASQA/VRQA, TEQSA, ACPET, DET-HESG, VQF/Higher Education, ELICOS, NEAS, ANMAC, AHPRA, CRICOS, ESOS, and ISO.

Raj has over two decades of experience in both the Education and Training and Nursing Industries. She has worked as a lecturer for over 5 years teaching students in the Bachelor of Nursing.
Raj has gained invaluable clinical and management experience as a Registered Nurse working in Critical Care, ICU, and in other clinical environments.
Raj’s experience has led her to writing comprehensive training and assessment resources for several specialized areas including, First Aid, Nursing, Health Support services, Hospital/Health services, Pharmacy Support, Health Administration, Ambulance Communications, Individual Support, Disability, Dementia, Mental Heal, Community Services and Occupational English Testing for RTO’s, TAFE’s and Universities.
Michelle is a high achieving leader with over 20 years of experience working on audits, learning, and assessment resources and compliance. She has worked as a facilitator, coach, lead assessor, as well as a learning and compliance manager. Michelle has developed and implemented systems and strategies, policies, quality assurance framework, and worked with various stakeholders to ensure organizational compliance against all the relevant legal requirements (including the VET Quality Framework, ESOS Act, and State Regulatory Authority Requirements).

Ahmed worked in higher education as Dean of Global Faculty and tutor, and in the Vet sector as Executive Director for Compliance and Quality Assurance and Trainer and Assessor. That gives Ahmed the advantage to see the Transactional Compliance Audit and Business Process Quality Assurance from three critical VET perspectives.
Stuart has over 30 years of front line Customer Service experience, including 20 as a Senior Manager for many well known Entertainment Venues in Melbourne along with Big Box Retail.
Stuart is experienced in leading large teams of people and building teams to lead businesses to success. He is currently working as the Business Development Manager for Career Calling International.
Vijay is a highly experienced IT Projects Manager specialising in website designing and development and digital designing consultancy. Aman has over 15 years of experience in the Training and Education, Information Technology, Networking and Client Support industries. He has also worked as an FM Engineer and managed several projects.

Claudia is a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator and Career Coach, whose goal is to assist job seekers in finding the right career path for them. Claudia has spent 13 years within the Training, Recruitment and Employment Services industry and has completed the Diploma of Counselling and Communication.
Her extensive knowledge and experience in the area of employment and training have enabled her to gain the skills required to assist job seekers in overcoming barriers to employment and guiding them to achieve their goals.

Her passion for helping students become their best has led her to create materials that encourage students to develop their skills and be able to further continue their studies.
Amit has completed a Bachelor and Post Graduate Diploma of Computer Applications, as well a Master of Technology (Enterprise Systems). He has industry experience involving SAP/HANA and is proficient in programming languages such as C, C++ and Java.

She has managed Outside School Hours Services, delivered training and assessment for Early Childhood Education and Care and Outside School Hours Care and written programs and training materials in these areas.
Caitlin also has experience in quality and compliance assessment and support for Early Childhood Education and Care services and Outside School Hours Care services. She has been involved in the management of government grants and delivery of services for children and young people in the Out of Home Care, the development and delivery of National Quality Framework training and support for Early Childhood Education and Care services and Outside School Hours Care services.
Caitlin has her DIploma of Community Services and Children's Services and is curretnly studying a Bachelor of Psychology.
With over 10 years of industry experience, Gourav has worked in a variety of successful commercial establishments holding positions such as head chef, sous chef and chef de partie. On multiple occasions Gourav has been a part of projects to set up new restaurants.
Gourav has been a Hospitality Trainer for over 5 years across different Hospitality training providers.
Gourav also gained experience within Retail operations working as a Department Manager in an ASX listed supermarket chain. He is an accredited trainer for Hospitality, Food Safety, Food Safety Supervisor and holds Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Operations), Certificate III in Retail Operations and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Cathy has more than 5 years of experience in the design industry and has recently joined Career Calling International as a graphic designer for CAQA. She has a fine eye for detail and is highly skilled in software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.
Cathy specialises in designing learner guides and web graphics. She has a passion in creating visually engaging content, as well as the focus in delivering designs that are well suited to context.
Mark has over 20 years of experience working within the VET sector as an Instructional Designer, RTO Manager, lead quality Auditor (ISO9001, 14001 and with the various Education standards). Mark has established a number of RTO's and assisted with setting up quality and compliance management systems in national and international organisations. Mark is an accredited facilitator of team and leadership programs and profiles. Mark has been training and developing the next generation of Education Managers, Trainers and Assessors, having facilitated the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment since 1998 and the Diploma of Training and assessment since 2006.
Marks specialties include developing training and assessment resources (Including eLearning and video editing) and facilitating Team and Leadership development programs. Mark has also managed the implementation of a number of Learning Management Systems and been a power user for many leading LMS's.
Mark is currently working on developing the assessments for the Automotive Training Package.
Steve has been working in the Automotive Industry for over 40 years. In this time he has worked with both British Leyland (UK) and Nissan Motor Company (Aus), has been contracted with Ford Motor Company (Aus). During his time in the Industry, he has worked extensively with over 200 Automotive Dealers across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
He has been operating a Training and Consulting service for Automotive Dealers for the past 15 years and is highly conversant in all aspects of the Automotive Retail Industry specialising in the Customer Experience and the operational processes.
Ranu has lived and worked in the Northern Territory, Victoria and Queensland and has over 28 years experience as an Early Childhood Professional working directly with Educators, children and families in many roles from music and preschool teaching to managing,regulating, TAFE teaching, inclusion support, early childhood consultancy and resource development in particular in the space of sharing cultural knowledge and cultural awareness.
Ranu has extensive experience working with Early Childhood Educators throughout the remote Aboriginal communities of the Northern Territory and more recently in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Ranu has strengths in professional and creative writing skills in particularly in the development of accessible and culturally relevant Early Childhood Resources including the Remote Indigenous Professional Development Package for the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia. Ranu is deeply passionate about culture and the right of all people to practice, develop and maintain connections to culture.
Nicole specialises in all areas of relevance to the field of early childhood, from her active involvement in the sector for over 20 years.
She has worked in many roles in the early childhood sector, inclusive of local government children’s services teams, & managed a childcare field officer team before becoming an early childhood consultant and trainer at Gowrie Victoria.
Nicole is personable, knowledgeable & specialises in exceeding service delivery; helping teams to create & maintain a positive workplace culture & community engagement. She is a valued & respected member of many sector network groups & has a prominent presence on social media & virtual communication platforms.
Her coaching strategies have been outlined in a range of early childhood sector publications with particular reference to educational leadership, managing teams to value ethical decision making in curriculums, child safe environments and child protection responsibilities, environmental education & sustainability.

Rukman has been working in the Information Technology Industry for more than 3 years. In this time, he has developed specific industry skills and has completed a Diploma in Information Technology.
Rukman has been training in the IT and Automotive Industries for several years and has also been developing resources in these areas. He has a strong work ethic and takes pride in the resources he develops using his experience in industry and training.
Pia has been in the Education and Training sector for over 15 years
She has had a variety of experience in all aspects of Early Childhood and Adult Training. From working within early childhood settings, training and assessing and ensuring regulatory compliance for RTO's.
She has developed a number of resources and learning materials for the early childhood sector and participated in consultation and validation of resources as well.
Dewan has completed Bachelor of Science in Computing and recently completed a Masters of Information Technology specialising in Computer Networking and Network Security.
Dewan’s broad understanding in IT through the years has enabled him to impart his knowledge to write resources for CAQA.
Siddhika has a Masters in Information Technology and a Bachelor in Computer application. She is a qualified professional with a sound knowledge of different programming languages and business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
She also has experience working with a various data, preparing dashboards which help businesses make decisions and business re-engineering. Siddhika is moving into her PHD studies which will enable her to continue developing valuable resources to Career Calling.
